About The Course
MSU’s honours degree programme in law and commerce combines studies of commercial law with management. You will be trained on the Malaysian legal system and be prepared to work in law firms, administration, banking, and businesses. Your subjects of study include e-commerce for the global market, equity and trust, jurisprudence, law of sales, credit and agency, and international business management. Your lecturers are industry professionals, and the learning opportunities and experiences we provide you will add depth and breadth to your understanding and develop both your trade and life skills. An internship or industry project at the end of your studies ensures your industry-readiness for a career in commercial law.
Programme Structure Contents
You will need a Credit in Bahasa Melayu and Mathematics at SPM level and 2.00 CGPA or THREE (3) C’s at STPM level including in Pengajian Am / Kertas Am (General Studies / General Paper); OR THREE (3) A-levels; OR an MSU Foundation Certificate from MSU; OR an MSU Diploma in a relevant field and with minimum 2.00 CGPA; OR an equivalent qualification recognized by MSU Senate. 

Bachelor (Hons) in Law and Commerce (BLC) is a three-year career-focused industry-developed programme by the Department of Business Management and Law at MSU’s Faculty of Business Management and Professional Studies (FBMP). 
You may find employment in a wide range of institutions which includes legal firms, merchant banking, international business and money markets.
