About The Course
MSU’s honours degree programme in retail management will equip you with knowledge of the retail industry and environment, and with skills for management of retail merchandising. You will study the principles and practices of management, operation management, consumer behavior, customer service, advertising and promotion, and business ethics. Your lecturers are industry professionals, and the learning opportunities and experiences we provide you will add depth and breadth to your understanding and develop both your trade and life skills. An internship or industry project at the end of your studies ensures your industry-readiness for a career in retail management.
Programme Structure Contents
You will need 2.00 CGPA or TWO (2) C’s at STPM level; OR a Full Pass in TWO (2) A-levels; OR an MSU Foundation Certificate with minimum 2.00 CGPA; OR an MSU Diploma with minimum 2.00 CGPA; OR an equivalent qualification recognized by MSU Senate. 

Bachelor (Hons) in Retail Management (BRM) is a three-year career-focused industry-developed programme by the Department of Business Management and Law at MSU’s Faculty of Business Management and Professional Studies (FBMP).
