About The Course
MSU’s diploma programme in human capital management is a specialized management programme focusing on human resource as an important function of an organization. Your subjects of study include recruitment and selection, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, employment law, and occupational safety & health. Your lecturers are industry professionals, and the learning opportunities and experiences we provide you will add depth and breadth to your understanding and develop both your trade and life skills. An internship or industry project at the end of your studies ensures your industry-readiness for a career in human capital management.
Programme Structure Contents
You will need THREE (3) Credits at SPM level; OR a PTPL Certificate in Business Management with a Pass in all subjects; OR an equivalent qualification recognized by MSU Senate.
