About The Course
MSU’s diploma programme in Islamic banking is designed to equip you with the fundamentals and methodology of Islamic banking and financial system, providing you with comprehensive understanding of the key concepts and operating principles in Islamic banking as compared with conventional banking, and preparing you to meet the demands of the Islamic Banking industry. Your lecturers are industry professionals, and the learning opportunities and experiences we provide you will add depth and breadth to your understanding and develop both your trade and life skills. An internship or industry project at the end of your studies ensures your industry-readiness for a career in Islamic banking.
Programme Structure Contents
You will need THREE (3) Credits at SPM/SPMV level; OR an MSU or a PTPL Certificate; OR an equivalent qualification recognized by MSU Senate. 

Diploma in Islamic Banking (DISB) is a two-and-a-half-year career-focused industry-developed programme by the Department of Accounting and Finance at MSU’s Faculty of Business Management and Professional Studies (FBMP).
