Hemarubini A/P Paramasivam is one of our new students in MSU. She is our first year student of Bachelor in Health Science Management. We had a chat with her about her days in MSU so far, and she told us that she is having a blast! She did seem happy so we decided to get her to answer a few questions for us!

Why did you choose MSU?

“Our campus is big and beautiful…”

Well…I think that MSU is very different from other universities. There are a lot of courses to choose from, and if you don’t know which one is the most suitable for you…the staff will actually help you pick. I also like the environment. Our campus is big and beautiful, as you can see. I think this kind of ambience is important for students.

What do you love most about MSU?

“…I think the mentor-mentee program is a very good initiative.”

So far…I feel like MSU has a very good and systematic management. Oh, and I think the mentor-mentee program is a very good initiative. Because students need all the help they can get in university, especially in their studies.

What is your best experience in MSU?

“Since I started, I haven’t really had a bad experience”

I am new so I actually don’t have many experiences with MSU yet, I can say that my orientation was great. To be honest, since I started studying here, I haven’t really had a bad experience. I love how great the lecturer-student relationships are here. I am very close to my lecturers as well.

What do you hope for in your remaining study years at MSU?

“….I know MSU offers great mobility program”

A lot actually! I hope that I can do my best in everything, both academic and non-academics. I hope to travel with MSU because I know MSU offers mobility program. I also hope to sharpen my communication and thinking skills. I want to do everything right for my study years because I am confident that MSU can help me get a brighter future.

Thanks Hemarubini for sharing your story with us! Good luck and we hope you get what you wish for! If you want to let us know about your story, you can tell us on Twitter and Facebook! If you feel like writing about your story in MSU, you can share with us at MyMSUMyStory. We would love to hear it!
