MSU/PTPL Community Portal (Portal) is MSU custom made Web-based One Stop Integrated Portal Management System (OSIPMS) designed to facilitate access to various content and resources for easy manage administration. It is a portal in which internal and external information such as company policies, announcements, events, manual form from human resource department can be shared and accessed online.
Portal is a multi-user environment where admin staff may create, store, reuse, manage and deliver digital information from a central object repository. It allows users to create, manage, search for and reuse small units of digital information referred to as online objects source. Each registered user is provided with access to the online materials at anytime from anywhere. Digital information may also be shared among all MSU staff. This portal is a hybrid approach which sees the on-line resources supporting the traditional one. The University community is now able to have easy access to relevant documents and latest information published by various administrative departments in MSU.
