About the Course
Bachelor in Decision Science (Hons) is offered to students from applied statistics, applied science, science stream and accounting stream that have a minimum knowledge in mathematics/statistics. The programme offers comprehensive knowledge and understanding of formulating and solving decision-making situations through mathematical modelling. Starting with basic business & management principles, the structure has been designed in such a way that it will benefit candidates to serve international operations, at the same time capitalizing IT applications.

Entry Requirement

(i) STPM Candidate :

    (a) Pass SPM or its equivalent with credit in Bahasa Melayu and
    (b) Pass STPM or its equivalent, obtaining full pass in 3 subjects including Pengajian Am (General Studies);

    OR

    (c) Full pass in 2 subjects including Pengajian Am (General Studies) and obtaining partial pass for 2 other subjects;

    OR

(ii) Pass at least 3 subjects in A-Level;

    OR

(iii) Pass Ministry of Education (KPM) Matriculation or MSU Foundation Programme;

    OR

(iv) Diploma/Certificate in relevant field from Public Higher Learning Institution (IPTA) or Diploma in relevant field from Private Higher Learning Institution (IPTS) that meets the minimum standards recognised by Malaysian Government;

    OR

(v) Certificate/Diploma in relevant field from Polytechnic;

    OR

(vi) Pass The South Australian Matriculation (SAM) with minimum score of 65% - 75%;

    OR

(vii) Pass Canadian Pre University Programme (CPU) with minimum score of 80%;

    OR

(viii) Pass Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with at least grade B in 5 subjects;

    OR

(ix) Other equivalent qualification recognised by the Malaysian Government
