About the Course
The Bachelor in Finance (Honours) (BFN) is an undergraduate academic programme that leverages on a unique learning opportunity in the combined disciplines of Finance, Law and Management. Students pursuing the programme will be exposed both to the rich tradition and rigour of the investment as well as to the state-of-the-art technologies used in the fields of economics, management, marketing, finance and insurance. As such, graduates of the programme are expected to be competent to handle not only the common finance transactional matters but as well to provide advice on complex strategic issues in business decision-making process.

Entry Requirement

(i) Pass STPM/A Level and obtain full pass in 2 subjects;

    OR

(ii) Pass Ministry of Education Matriculation;

    OR

(iii) Pass Foundation Programme from Public or Private Higher Learning Institution (IPTA/IPTS) approved by Ministry of Higher Education (KPTM) and meets the minimum standard/accreditated by MQA;

    OR

(iv) Diploma from PTPL/MSU or Certificate/Diploma from Polytechnic or Public Higher Learning Institution (IPTA) recognised by KPT and MQA

    OR

(v) Pass the South Australian Matriculation (SAM) with Tertiary Entrance Rank (TER) 70 and Grade B in 2 subjects;

    OR

(vi) Pass Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with at least grade B in 5 subjects

    OR

(vii) Other equivalent qualification recognised by the Malaysian Government
