About the Course
Bachelor in Human Capital Management is offered to unlock great business performance by aligning all people management and development practices with business goals, at the same time engaging employees to meet these objectives. This programme will equip students with the knowledge and skills to tackle complex problems, make ethical decisions and manage organisational human resources. The programme also focuses on the development of analysis and research skills that are required for designing, implementing and evaluating human capital management processes. Graduates are trained to identify and analyze all types of theory and strategy and managing it through different sets of tools.

Entry Requirement

(i) STPM Candidate :

    (a) A Pass in SPM or its equivalent with credit in Bahasa Melayu and a pass in General Science or Additional Science or Biology/Chemistry/Physics;

    and

    (b) A pass in STPM or its equivalent, with minimum Grade C in 2 subjects including Pengajian Am/Kertas Am (General Studies/General Paper) or at least 2.00 CGPA;

    OR

(ii) Ministry of Education (KPM) Matriculation Certificate or MSU Foundation Certificate, or Foundation Certificate or its equivalent from higher learning institution;

    OR

(iii) Diploma with a minimum CGPA of 2.0 in relevant field from any provider of higher education;

    OR

(iv) Pass at least 3 subjects in A-Level;

    OR

(v) Pass The South Australian Matriculation (SAM) with minimum score of 65% - 70%;

    OR

(vi) Pass Canadian Pre University Programme (CPU) with minimum score of 80%;

    OR

(vii) Pass Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with at least grade B in 5 subjects;

    OR

(viii) Other equivalent qualification recognised by the Malaysian Government
