About the Course
The Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health programme aims at imparting knowledge, attitude and skills in safety and health in occupational side. Students will be provided with the knowledge and skills in both theory and practical aspects in occupational safety and health (OSH). Upon completion this program, the graduates will be able to identify the various roles and responsibilities in measuring the safety and health of various working place also communicate in oral and written form of the information and ideas about the law in a variety of contexts; identify the overall implications of occupational safety and health (OSH) science technology as it applies to protect workers in the twenty-first century and explain how the OSH process works.

Entry Requirement

(i) Pass Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with 3 credits in any subjects, including one Science subject;


(ii) Pass all the subjects in PTPL Health Science Certificate with a minimum CGPA of 2.00;


(iii) Pass Polytechnic Certificate or Higher Learning Institution Certificate (IPT Certificate) in relevant field, with a minimum CGPA of 2.00;


(iv) Pass Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with at least grade B in 3 subjects;


(v) Other equivalent qualification recognised by the Malaysian Government
