These programmes are specially designed to provide students with wide knowledge of the latest technological marvels and to gear them for further developments on ICT & Engineering in the international marketplace.

Upon the successful completion of any of the MSU's diploma programmes, students may choose to continue to study at the degree level in MSU or any of the foreign institutions listed under the International Students Exchange Programme (ISEP) arrangement.

The programmes under FISE are specifically for students who wish to gain a recognised qualification and excel in a professional career where the application of ICT is an integral part of a business concern.
