Personal Enrichment Skills (PEC) is a programme that holds a humongous contribution to graduate employability at Management and Science University (MSU). Both the students’ intellectual capacity and interpersonal capability are put in equilibrium and assured; not an iota of difference is given to the priority in the outcome; soft skills are assets that will only keep refining as we grow older through the accumulation of experiences, the finest of treasures to exist for one’s enrichment. PEC programmes are mandatory for every undergraduate to score in distinction to receive the Dean’s and President’s Awards. In the spirit of the University’s motto, Transforming Lives, Enriching the Future, the PEC programmes set a unique benchmark to define success and be competitive.
