Management and Science University (MSU) bagged two silver medals at the International University Carnival on E-Learning (IUCEL) 2022.
Bringing in the awards are iScience and Xplore-Book Integration of Technology in Learning the English Language; both from MSU’s School of Education and Social Sciences (SESS).
Enhancing the learning of English through an engaging, immersive experience enabled by a multimedia-rich digital environment, Xplore-Book is a research project led by Shahrizal Idzuan Wahab Abdul Rahman and Dr Ahmad Mustaqim Yusoff; with Bachelor in Education – TESL (Hons) students Ain Sofea Mohamad Azhar, Muhammad Aiman Mazlan, Noor Farisya Adrieanna Zailani, Nur Areesha Azmir, and Praveena Julia John Jayabalan.
iScience is an interactive website with a complementary physical kit helping secondary schoolers grasp complex concepts in Chemistry; the research project is led by Dr Nurul Hazwani Shamsudin, with Bachelor in Education (Science) (Hons) students Ananedsra Muaman, Chin Yue Juin, Pugeneswary Adavan, Fathen Nadia Mohamad, and Hasveini Kala Chelvan.
Management and Science University (MSU) won Gold for Best Newcomer at IUCEL T-Novate in 2018.
The International University Carnival on E-Learning (IUCEL) 2022 was themed Innovating Education for a Better Tomorrow.
Research at MSU spans 25 key areas, including 21st-Century Education.
