The year 2020 has been unlike any other. Life as we knew it was put on hold by Covid-19. For a University founded on social entrepreneurship, the institutional role of creating a better future for all requires understanding the new-normal hardships. This past Ramadan as Eid-ul-Fitri approached, Management and Science University (MSU) continued its entrepreneurial tradition, rising to the occasion in true Giving and Grateful spirit.

Bringing cheer to the B40 community of Padang Jawa in Klang was the MSU Box of Happiness. A project by the MSU Alumni Unit, it gathered the participation of twenty entrepreneur members across F&B, manufacturing, engineering, e-business, logistics, and social entrepreneurship.

Fifteen boxes containing rice, eggs, fish, canned sardines, sugar, flour, cooking oil, soy sauce, spices, dates, banana milk, cookies, Raya biscuits, and chocolate malt powder, along with face mask, germicidal liquid, and hand sanitizer were delivered jointly with logistics provider AKMovers.

Other company sponsors of the MSU Box of Happiness alumni project were KSL Resources, Mios Gastronomy, KJSB Industrial Corporation, ExperTec Industrial Supply, F-Dah Resources, Bertiga Energy, Ainarose Legacy, Marlia Beauty Store, Vigorous Millionaire, Meknis, and Nadia Cookies.
