Thirty-six students make the latest number to participate in the Global Mobility Programme (GMP) of Management and Science University (MSU).

 

Inbound from Indonesia are ten from Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto (UMP), nine each from Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika (UBSI) and Sekolah Tinggi Kesehatan (STIKES) Pemkab Jombang, and eight from Universitas Muhammadiyah Pringsewu Lampung (UMPRI).

 

 

Sixteen are going to the School of Education and Social Sciences (SESS), thirteen the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences (FHLS), and seven the Faculty of Business Management and Professional Studies (FBMP).

 

Nine from UBSI and four from UPM are joining MSU’s Bachelor in English Language and Literature (Hons) programme, whilst three from UMPRI will be joining the Bachelor in Education (Hons) – TESL programme.

 

Three more from UMPRI plus one from UMP are headed for the Bachelor in Islamic Management (Hons) programme, whilst two more from UMP will be joining the Bachelor in Accountancy (Hons) programme.

 

Another programme receiving the most number of the GMP students from Indonesia is Bachelor in Nursing (Hons), with nine from STIKES and four from UMPRI.

 

Present at the online orientation ceremony, which was hosted by MSU's Senior Vice-President for Endowment and Communication Dato' Rosli Yusof, were UMP Rector Dr Jebul Suroso, Stikes Pemkab Jombang Director Dr Ririn Probowati, UMPRI Rector Drs Wanawir, and UBSI Rector Dr Mochamad Wahyudi. 

 

 

Also present were MSU President Professor Tan Sri Dato' Wira Dr Mohd Shukri Ab Yajid, MSU Vice-President for Academic, MSU Vice-President for Global Affairs, and MSU Director of Student and Career Development.
