Management and Science University (MSU) offers all its students the opportunity of global exposure through the MSU Global Mobility Programme (GMP), MSU Global Leadership Programme (GLP), and MSU Global Internship Programme (GIP). MSU students of Games Design and Animation from the Department of Media Science and Graphic at the Faculty of Information Sciences and Engineering (FISE) recently went on a GLP to Tokyo University of Technology (TUT) in Japan.

It was an opportunity for peer communication and discussion in search of different perspectives to creativity. Besides new knowledge, the students also gained hands-on experience in a major production studio workflow on top of exposure to the latest technologies and international expertise.

They also had a great sharing session on the creative field with TUT's Dean of Media Science, and visited TUT's Media Science and Creative Technology labs, classrooms, and poster gallery.

As ambassadors of creativity and Malaysia, they shared the art of painting Malaysian flora with the wet-on-wet water-colour technique.

The students also visited the Mori Building Digital Art Museum teamLab Borderless in Tokyo's Odaiba. It is the first dedicated exhibition space for teamLab, an art collective who uses projection-mapping technology to create mesmerizing, mind-blowing interactive digital art.

Other interesting places on their visiting list included the Red Brick Station in central Tokyo - a heritage building showcasing Japanese traditional architecture as well as culture; Tokyo Tower - a communication and observation tower modelled after the Eiffel Tower of Paris; and Mount Fuji.

MSU Bachelor in Games Design and Animation (Honours)

MSU Diploma in Games Design and Animation
