MSU Fine Dining Delights


MSU fine dining serves as a training area for students, allowing them to operate the establishment and hone their talents. Students-in-training manage operations in a professional business-oriented manner, which helps them acquire the attitude of dealing with a restaurant-like issue.


Students are given time to plan a range of cuisines and decorations for their project. Each of the projects is related to cuisine, which includes food, drinks, and the decor. Creativity runs free but it must be able to express the cuisine in every area of the project.
