Spread Kindness: Manage Your Anger


Feelings of anger is normal and can be a positive emotion when it helps you work through issues or problems. However, anger can be problematic if it leads to aggressive outbursts or even physical arguments. Students from School of Education and Social Sciences had the opportunity in learning how to manage their anger especially during these trying times. With expert guidance from AP Dr. Ooi Boon Keat, Dean of School of Education and Social Sciences, the students were exposed to various anger management strategies and learning how to utilise them in various situations. They also learnt that anger management is important in avoiding saying or doing something that they may regret later.
