Here is another event that fully supports UNSDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production but with a fun twist! The MSU Old Jeans, Cute Bag 2020 program was designed to increase awareness on sustainability and environmental issues by focusing on reusing and repurposing items that are normally thrown away. The collected jeans were donated to Suri Lifestyle, a Malaysian social enterprise that empowers underprivileged mothers by handcrafting products using up-cycled denim.
