DR MOHAMMAD ‘ISA AL-WAFA ZULAKMAL, BACHELOR IN MEDICINE AND BACHELOR IN SURGERY (MBBS)
A straight-A scorer in the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia exams, Dr Mohammad ‘Isa Al-Wafa Zulakmal received a Public Service Department scholarship for his A-Level studies and subsequently to read his medical degree at the Bangalore campus of Management and Science University (MSU).
At the International Medical School (IMS), his excellence found its way onto the Dean’s List, for Obstetrics & Gynaecology (O&G) as well as Emergency Medicine. He put his skills to good use in community engagement work: at the GPS Ramadan International at Yateem Khana Orphanage Bangalore; the GPS Ramadan at the Rumah Kasih Ulu Inas in Johol, Negeri Sembilan; and the MSU Malaysia Book of Record’s Most Number of Health Screenings in 24 Hours.
With the Bachelor in Medicine and Bachelor in Surgery (MBBS) degree now in his hands, Dr Mohammad ‘Isa plans to specialize in Otorhinolaryngology.
