International cuisines and cultures weave warmness into celebration of diversity at Management and Science University (MSU)

It was an evening of connecting at the recent culture-and-cuisine event organized by Management and Science University (MSU) International Students Society (ISS).

Held at the new on-campus eatery The Hub, the MSUISS International Cuisines Festival 2018 feted guests with food, fashion, and merriment.

International dishes were prepared by MSUrians from Maldives, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Yemen, Pakistan, Brunei, India, and Singapore with the help of MSU's international lecturers. The university's Academic and Students Development department chipped in with their own offerings from the Malaysian fare.

A fashion parade by students decked out in traditional garb from Indonesia, Yemen, Pakistan, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Somalia, and India was followed by cultural performances of students from Brunei, Kazakhstan, Yemen, and Maldives, and a music band performance by students from Russia, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
