His Royal Highness Tengku Sarafudin Badlishah Ibni Sultan Sallehuddin was proclaimed as the 2nd Chancellor of Management and Science University (MSU).
The Raja Muda of Kedah had been educated at the Royal Military Academy Malaysia before continuing his studies at Holborn College and Brunel University in the United Kingdom.
His Royal Highness had been awarded a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Barrister at Law (Inner Temple, UK) before being admitted to the High Court of Malaya in 1994 as Advocate and Solicitor.
