Fashion show wraps up HeARTS Carnival 2019 by School of Hospitality and Creative Arts

Preserving tradition and heritage is no easy task when forward-looking is in focus. Management and Science University (MSU) organizes the Songket Splendour Fashion Show through its School of Hospitality and Creative Arts (SHCA).

Showcasing talents from among MSU's young fashion designers, the fashion show presented songket-incorporated haute couture designs by final-year students of MSU's Bachelor in Fashion Design with Marketing (Honours) and Diploma in Fashion Design.

MSU Bachelor in Accessories Design (Honours)

Two among them claimed the top three prizes; Sharifah Nur Aishah Wan Hussin for Best Menswear, and Agatheeyajothi Sukumaran for Best Evening Dress and Most Promising Designer.

Songket Splendour wrapped up the HeARTS@MSU Carnival 2019 organized by SHCA in collaboration with MSU partners across the tourism, culinary, patisserie, beauty, hairdressing, spa, event management, and music industries.

The exposure was another great opportunity for the students to map their future careers.
