Ridzuan Yayha, 48, is an ex-cabin crew member who found himself retrenched during the pandemic. The loss did not impede him from upskilling himself, and he chose MSU. “The prospect of being in the same class with young people intimidated me; however, my classmates and lecturers kept me at ease. Never once did I feel discriminated against. The past three years have been remarkably eye-opening experiences. I thought I would never see the finish line, but here I am.”
