How to Apply?
Application Procedure
Applying to MSU is a fairly straightforward process. Follow the steps below:
1. Choosing Your Course
If you haven't applied for a course, the first step as an international student is to choose one. View our available programmes below:
2. Fill in the Application Form & Attach Your Supporting Documents
Applications can be made through our online application form. Please submit your application at least 2 months before your intended intake date to avoid delays.
Attach the following documents to your online application:
- Certified copies of all academic qualifications (transcripts and certificates)
- Certified copy of TOEFL/IELTS results (if applicable)
- Certified copy of your passport (including blank pages), valid for at least 1 year from intake date
- Six (6) identical passport-sized colour photos (front-facing, non-smiling, white background)
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your embassy (for African/Sub-Saharan applicants)
- Pre-Arrival Medical Examination Report – view panel clinics
- Scholarship/study loan proof (or a financial guarantee letter if self-sponsored)
- English translations of all documents (where applicable)
3. Application & Visa Payment
Your completed application form is to be reverted to your designated counsellors. Kindly refer to them for more information.

Verification of application and payment may take 3–7 working days. Please note:
- This fee covers only the Application and Visa Processing.
- Incomplete applications will not be processed.
