Management and Science University (MSU) has received a diamond recognition from the Ministry of Natural Resources, Environment and Climate Change agency MGTC (Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Corporation).

 

 

Recognized as a partner in driving climate change mitigation actions such as advocacy for low-carbon energy efficiency and low carbon mobility, MSU received five diamonds for 26.51 percent reduction in water usage and three diamonds for 23.38 percent reduction in energy usage.

 

Reducing use of energy and water has been MSU’s green commitment towards enhancing teaching, learning, and research experiences on campus with zero-cost sustainable strategies.

 

The MGTC recognition also certifies a 23.31 percent reduction in greenhouse gas emission through 3,811.07t less carbon dioxide from MSU since 2019.
