Hence, international students coming to MSU are encouraged to bring a mobile phone with them. In Malaysia, there are many mobile operators offering prepaid SIM cards and contract plans. Below is a list of mobile operators:

You can purchase SIM cards at either KLIA/KLIA2 or any malls/supermarkets near MSU.
