About the Course

The program will equip students with the skills and knowledge of sport management. This program is designed to enhance the student’s ability to acquire the skills and concepts related to management in sports, specific sports practices, sports coaching, and sports marketing related to the sports industry. The program also will help the students learn how to overview the business side of a sports organisation with the use of the latest trends and technologies. Assessment methods typically include written test, assignments, practical exams, weekly practical, group projects and presentations. Upon successful completion of the Diploma in Sports Management program, students should have a well-rounded understanding of the sports industry and be prepared for various roles such as sports marketing manager, event coordinator, sports administrator, sports analytics specialist, and more within the dynamic field of sports management.

Entry Requirements
  1. A pass in SPM with at least credit in any 3 subjects, or any equivalent qualification; OR
  2. A pass in Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM), with a minimum of Grade C (GP 2.0) in any subject, or any equivalent qualification; OR
  3. A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum grade of Maqbul; OR
  4. A pass in SKM Level 3 in a related field, and a pass in SPM with a minimum of 1 credit in any subject; OR
  5. Any qualifications equivalent to Certificate (Level 3, Malaysian Qualifications Framework, MQF)
